When you apply for our service, we take note of your mobile phone contract preferences, from handsets to favourable payment terms. We then look for providers that match your preferences, and then see if you have the necessary qualifications to score a good mobile phone deal. We then hook you up with the provider that offers what you need and gives you the highest chances of application success.

Is approval guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee approvals 100% since we don't conduct the credit checks ourselves, but our mobile phone provider networks. However, we know which providers are more lenient with their requirements, and we match clients with bad credit with such providers. This way, the chances of approval are greatly increased.

Can I get the latest handsets with bad credit if I use your service?

Keep in mind that the more expensive and advanced your handset of choice is, the stricter the requirements are. Although we may be able to find a provider that offers the latest handsets to customers with bad credit, it usually comes with high monthly fees or a large initial deposit.

What if I want to use my old phone or phone number?

This is something you can definitely do. In fact, applying for SIM-only offers is one of the easiest and quickest ways to get an approval. If your credit rating is extremely bad, even bad credit mobile phone contracts might be tricky. SIM-only contracts have the highest approval ratings of them all. You can always port over your old number with your new contract and you can keep using your old handset.

How much do I have to pay to avail of your service?

You don't need to pay us anything for matching you with suitable mobile phone contract providers. After all, we're not the providers of contacts ourselves, our job is simply to steer you in the right direction for maximum approval potential.

Failure to pay your monthly bills will result in deactivation of your services. You will be unable to use your handset for even the most basic functions like texts and calls. If you have bad credit and are genuinely experiencing financial troubles, it's best to speak to your provider about it as soon as possible. They will try to work out an arrangement that will make things easier for you.
